Returns

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
• Non-returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

• Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges
