Returns & Exchanges

All our products are handcrafted with love and care, making each product unique and special. As our products are handmade, minor irregularities in craftsmanship are a natural part of the handmade process.

At Homey Crochett, we carefully check and pack every order before dispatch. We offer returns or exchanges only if the product is received damaged.

We have a 24-hour Return & Exchange Policy, which means you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, a clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory, showing the package being opened and the product inside.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, personal preference, or lack of utility.

For an approved damaged-product return or exchange, we will arrange the return/pickup from your address.

Homey Crochett will not be liable for any return or exchange that has not been notified to us and approved by our team in advance.
