Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing packaging will not be eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share the return shipping details and guidelines.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

For your protection and ours, an unboxing video is mandatory when opening your parcel.
This helps us verify any damage or incorrect product issues.
Without this video, we cannot process claims for:

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images/videos.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per eligibility.
Exchange policy
if you wish to exchange a product due to size or colour change, kindly note that it includes extra shipping and platform charges. therefore, a minimum fee of ₹150 will be charged for all exchanges.

Prepaid Order Policy
Once a prepaid order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
If you choose to cancel after payment simply because you no longer want the product or due to any personal reason, the amount will not be refunded under any circumstance.
This is because all prepaid orders are processed and reserved immediately after payment to ensure timely dispatch.
